7777 Weston Road is a new condo project by Liberty Development Corporation currently in pre-construction at 7777 Weston Rd in Vaughan. In total, 728 units will be part of the project, 10-storey Office Building, 30-storey (North Tower) and 33-storey (South Tower) residential buildings are planned for the northeast corner of Hwy. 7 and Weston Road, where the former Al Palladini dealership was. The development follows the guidelines of the proposed Official Plan and the strategy for Vaughan’s vision to incorporate the “Places to Grow Act”. The project will provide a mixture of residential condominium units, commercial office space and large and small retail tenant spaces which will result in a truly integrated and vibrant mixed-use development. It has been designed to work on separate levels and phases that will help to blend the modern towers on Highway 7, with a refreshing interplay of the retail below. All of this is interwoven with the outdoor spaces that have been introduced on the corner of major access routes creating a gateway to the upper terraced level of amenity and open space. These spaces bring the focus of the development into the public realm and make the pedestrian and user an active part of the overall built form.
